I have used this facility before for pickups and long distance based dropouts. I returned again, not just for availability; but, because their staff are ALWAYS polite, attentive, educating, supportive, quickly to respond, understanding, every single visit, I have had!!! My attendant yesterday, told me his name, but, I forgot, please forgive me, because he was delightful in having two women set out on our furniture moving within less than 20-30 minutes, we were on the road, safely!!! I appreciate that he made us feel so very special!!! I willingly will attempt to return to this facility, BECAUSE the INDIVIDUALS HERE SHOULD BE THE OVERALL MODEL AND EXAMPLE OR ESPRIT de CORPS METHOD OF HOW ONE TREATS THEIR EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS! AS I HAVE BEEN TO SEVERAL UHAUL FACILITIES IN THIS AREA, UNFORTUNATELY, I MUST EXPLAIN THAT UNTIL THIS GOING TO THIS FACILITY HAS BEEN MY FAVORITE ONE, CUZ, THERE HAS BEEN HABITUALLY, EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT OTHERS. ESPECIALLY, SINCE THE WEBSITE IS NOT UPDATED FOR "ACTIVE LOCALE CONDUCTING SERVICE, ESPECIALLY FOR BIG RIGS & TRAILERS FOR RETURNS. AND THE WEBSITE DOES REQUIRE UPDATING EXTREMELY FAST & MORE USER FRIENDLY, BECAUSE AFTER 8 ATTEMPTS TO RESERVE A FLAT BED TRAILER, I HAD TO ACTUALLY DRIVE THERE, BECAUSE I COULD NOT FINALIZE MY RESERVATION, CUZ, I WAS REPEATEDLY, RETURNED TO BEING KICKED OUT, OR NOT ABLE TO USE THE BACK PROMPT OR COMPLETE ANY TRANSACTION, WITHOUT REPEATED PROBLEMS, COMPLICATIONS!!! LUCKILY, THIS FACILITY IS ALWAYS WELCOMING & SUPPORTIVE OF A CUSTOMER'S GOALS!!! I WILL RETURN TO THIS FACILITY HAS NEEDED!!! EVERYTIME!!! GREAT STAFF & SERVICE WITH SPEED!!! KUDOS, GUYS!!!

ROBERT JThe truck had over 98,000 miles on it. We could barely maintain the speed limit the entire time. None of the charging ports in the vehicle worked. The lock on the passenger door would come out of the door when the key was inserted. This truck should not be in the road, let alone used for a trip that is over 900 miles.
