Charles AHorrible experience. I could not find the key upon arrival. The truck stinks like smoke and it was not clean. It was very hard to identify the truck. I will not ever rent from this location. It was a terrible experience. Uhaul customer service representatives need better training. I’m highly disappointed that my normal location did not have a truck. This cost me way more money in mileage than expected.
