The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the trailer had quite a bit of dirt on its floor that had not be swept out. There were also two metal brushes and a couple metal pieces on a ledge under the doors. Just not the quality I expect from UHaul.

As far as a moving van did not have a ramp or anything and I feel like I should've got credit for the gas and returning it two days earlier but I guess that's not how businesses ran
Dustin RGot a note telling me I was upgraded to next larger size trailer. My small truck was limited to the smallest 4X8 . They found one nearby and I was on my way. Uneventful 950 mile trip. Thankyou— I would do it again .

Lee MCUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WASN'T VERY PLEASANT. IMMEDIATELY QUESTIONED IF I WAS IN THE RIGHT PLACE.I REASSURED HER I WAS AND SHE BARKED BACK THAT SHE DIDN'T HAVE A RETURN SCHEDULED. I SHOWED HER MY PAPERWORK AND SHE SAID OH OK YOU CAN DROP IT NEXT TO OTHER TRAILERS.
