CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WASN'T VERY PLEASANT. IMMEDIATELY QUESTIONED IF I WAS IN THE RIGHT PLACE.I REASSURED HER I WAS AND SHE BARKED BACK THAT SHE DIDN'T HAVE A RETURN SCHEDULED. I SHOWED HER MY PAPERWORK AND SHE SAID OH OK YOU CAN DROP IT NEXT TO OTHER TRAILERS.

Curt and not overly helpful; could not answer Uhaul questions. Truck has small hole in roof, as well.
