Pulled in and was promptly taken care of. Facility was well maintained and convenient for unloading.
richard bEvery time I have used this location for a pick up or a drop off service and equipment have been excellent. The people in Hampton should take a course from these people on how to handle business.
William LI used the mobile app to pick up the truck and it was parked in a difficult position to take the pictures. Also, the driver seat doesn’t slide forward making it a bit awkward to drive.
Ross MI choose to use the online pick up and drop off and I just wasn't informed of all of the extra fees that would be applied. That's my biggest complaint about the whole process I wasn't prepared to pay as much as I did on returning the truck. Other than that the process was fine
