The location was large enough to maneuver the 34 ft truck. Also, the front staff were very friendly.

Left keys- lady was on the phone and never looked up. I got a toll bill not sure what for or where the toll was since we paid cash at every toll we went thru in WVa. Please advise!!

RONAL FA public wifi connection at the pick up site would be nice. It's hard to work the check in process if you don't have great cell service. My phone was completely charged up and I had 5G service but it was not enough to be able to check in through the app. If there was a public Wi-Fi connection it would probably speed up the process or make it possible at all
