Personnel were very helpful. It was a little bit difficult to find, but other than that it was an excellent experience.

There was no marking on the property sign that this was a U-Haul location. When I called to verify I was in the right place, the man was terse. I was told to park the trailer in the yard, unhook it it, and then come to office to get receipt. Every other U-Haul location I've dealt with took care of hooking up the trailer and unhooking the trailer. I was unable to lift this 1800 pound trailer off my hitch and move it by hand. When I went in to explain, he said he told me to unhook it and pull forward. I told him I tried but could not. He was clearly not happy that he had to get up and help. He trodded out to my vehicle, and also struggled to get the trailer off the hitch but did manage to get it just off. He walked away and gruffly said "goodbye". I will be driving to Lufkin for future U-Haul needs rather than deal with this location.

Kevin HWhen I went to turn it in the lady did not look at anything just wanted the key. No verification of mileage, fuel, dings or nothing. Then I get an email stating I had gone over 1 mile and thus charged 14.00. Rip off
