Terry NGreat customer service! They were accommodating past what was required, and truly came in "clutch" for my family and I during a really stressful time.
AMIE FOnly issue was system was down and management was having a hard time figuring out how to honor my reservation. I had to call customer service myself and resolve my own issue.
