The trailer was really old. The paint was peeling off and there was rust everywhere. The person that came out and hooked up the trailer didn't even screw the hitch down. We had to stop and tighten it before we got out of the lit. And the dang axle spring broke on I20 in Tuscaloosa!! Had to get another trailer!

Martin Kennel was not an issue, the problem with this reservation was that the U-Haul app confirmed my rental at another location initially and I was not informed that it was actually at Martin Kennel. The reservation was originally confirmed at Precision Auto Detail an upon arrival I was told that they did not have a record of my reservation. The whole pickup process was a mess.
