ROBERT HThe attendant informed me that I could not drop the truck off at this location and that she had told dispatch that the morning of. She did call and find another location I could return it to, so that was helpful, but a bit inconvenient. The equipment return area there is too small.
Ryan HAfter picking up the truck I found that the air conditioning was not working. A repairman was dispatched, but did not arrive for over three hours and so I missed our last family meal before leaving Boise.!
