I disagree with how this company is now renting equipment out. It is ridiculous that locations are changed they way they are. I have discussed how the equipment is managed at all of the locations I had to go to. They didn't have much to say except that they don't manage the equipment and that the company does all of it. Due to how mismanaged I see this going, I'm no longer going to use uhaul anymore. I start using Penske.
