The trailer did its job, thank you. Side note; the trailer looks weathered, decals faded. The trailer can use a facelift. On my return home it was raining (the trailer was empty) and the roll up door (which could use some maintenance, difficult to open and close) leaked water into the trailer.

Please explain billing better. A $30 RENTAL turned to almost $190 as I got charged for every miles driven also for two days when I returned the truck the same day. I think being clearer with the billing process would help

Got a confirmation email night before my uhaul was ready for 8am pickup. Get there at 8. They don't open until 9. 915 still nobody there. I call them. They don't have my reservation and they are closed. Call uhaul. Takes 26 mins to reach someone who is rude to me and puts me back on hold. I'll skip the rest but 3 hours later I'm in A oversized uhaul from a town 30 min away. Never again!

The service representative at the West NYACK Location was 5 stars .. My rental was for 12 noon At the Uhaul location in Monsey New York . I called customer service the estimate time was 15-20 minutes It had token me three phone calls to get through. On the second call someone finally picked up after 16 minutes and hung up. Uhaul Phone service needs improvement .

reserved furniture pads. They did not have them there and was directed to the U-Haul location around the corner. Went there and asked. Staff there was very rude to me for asking even though we were told to go there. I would have expected to be told ahead of time that my order was not going to be filled. I had to scramble at the last minute.

The perks at J&D did not have any proper instructions on how to fill out the vehicle inspection. He also put the chains on wrong, it was not crossed. Also told us to leave the trailer on the side without telling us that we had to do an online check out process.
