It would have been nice if someone was at the store by 8 am. And all workers have a key to get into the store. But the young man helped us out and we were only a half hour late getting started. Thanks

TEDDY SService at the counter was great. CSR was friendly, and very helpful from my initial in-person reservation right through. Final bill for me was very close to as quoted. A little higher, only cause I couldn't resist using the hand cart. Worth it here. Always a good idea to think beforehand about how far you will actually be driving in any rental that has a per mile charge. Helps to avoid sticker shock at drop-off. The equipment was a +10-year old Ford E-Series with a 15-foot van body and +120,000mi of rental experience. It didn't miss a beat though. The radio worked, even the aux port. It is what it is, but it did serve it's intended purpose, and that's all I asked of it. Will consider renting from here again if the need arises.
Nick DThe Van that I rented had a "$19.95" sign in the window, and I only rented it for 2 hours, so when I got back to pay for it, it came to $105.00!!!! Your advertising is FAKE and DISHONEST!!!!! So many extra FEES added to the so-called 19.95. You should be HONEST with your customers, so they know exactly what they are going to pay, before they rent the van. Sincerely, O'Brien, Napanee, ON
