Returned unit with half tank when we were given just above 1/4 tank, not reimbursed for the extra fuel. The unit had no radio that usable, the Air Conditioning (was none), steering felt loose (possible idler arm) the truck felt very unsafe and was glad I was able to return it. Will never be back, as the staff was very source, one employee. It was not overly busy but my hours are very important to me as well. You should allow the customer to charge you for wasting our time, with very lax rules. Definitely be searching elsewhere for our next adventure.
