Reserved the truck at the Fox Valley location and my reservation was transferred to this location. Reservation was for a 5pm pickup. The truck wasn’t there. Had to wait almost 2 hours before I could pick it up which impacted loading help that evening.

BP Gas 1303 Plainfield Naperville Rd Naperville, IL 60564 The establishment tidy yes but not clean, the person who attends tried several times to cancel my order already executed from the application, he argued that his service did not connect to be able to deliver the key to the truck and offered me the other truck, to return in two more hours and I told him no that the application told me that I had to be given the assigned key but he insisted. He said that it could be that U-Haul charged me more than twice or that another truck was assigned with my data and that if I wanted to take the risk he would give me the keys, to which I said yes, that I wanted to take the risk and if any issue came out I would fix it directly with U-Haul. And by the way, the truck was very dirty from the cabin, the tires are worn out and they don't clean the windshield well and the windshield also dirty.

CLAUDIA Zrented a 10’ truck online. literally walked in the gas station. , told them my name, showed my drivers license and i was out the door. same with return—gave them the key and i was out the door. i will return if i have moving truck needs.
PAUL LThis location left the interior of the cab dirty, had no shipping blankets and it was not the original pick up location.
