I had a 9:30 appointment which is when the office opens, and nobody was there. I ended up having to self-check in with the app which thank goodness someone helped me with over the phone the only professional help i got. Two people from the site showed up and disappeared not one time asked me if they could help me say they were sorry for being 35 minutes late NOTHING. It's not the easiest location to pull in and out of very industrial. I would find somewhere else to operate uhaul they don't care about uhaul it pretty obvious. I would never use that location again which is a shame because i have rentals in the area and need to use again but i will find something else.

Craig KVery disappointed with the service. We arrived at the office at 4:20 PM to pick up our truck at 4:45 PM, but the office was already closed — even though the listed hours said it should be open until 5:30 PM. I had to call U-Haul customer service and wait on hold for 40 minutes to get assistance. Eventually, they gave me a code to open the box with the truck keys. The entire process took over an hour under the hot Florida sun. This experience was frustrating, poorly organized, and unprofessional. Very disappointed.
