I returned the vehicle with the same amount of gas as when I picked it up.the agent handed me keys and charged my card. There was no accompanied inspection on pickup or return. I was never offered the chance to opt out of the safemove product. I rented a truck for $19.99/day and it ended up costing me $65.00/day with122 miles.in the past I have always been treated fairly. This was a rip off........

When we got there to pick up the truck the keys were not left in the kiosk for us to get. They said they didn’t have pick ups on Sunday but yet online it told us we could pick it up at 5 o’clock Sunday. They did have it ready on Monday, but we ended up having to wait another day before we could even move our stuff..
Mary WThis is a great place to rent a u haul. This was my third spot I went to after I had a reservation for a one way a month ago!!!! Thank you Nashville tire for listening to my nightmare story of dealing with u-haul company never again will I use them.
Charlie CMy only complaint is that I rented the U-Haul an had it less than 24 hours and put less than 35 miles on the truck and I paid $203.00 and haven’t received anything back I think that’s a little over priced when I was told it was $49 a day then why did I pay so much?
RONALD OThe Owner of the facility was rude and arrogant. Offered no assistance with the rental equipment. His systems were down and had to call another individual to process my reservation. They charged me the Safeguard insurance without my consent. The restrooms in this location were disgusting. Overall experience was not good and I will not be returning.
