Customer service was very equipped and very quick, equipment was clean and I had no problem delivering the truck back nice and easy as it should be .

Just drop off. Never met anyone. Never entered building.
Cindy HI asked questions about the rental could not get any answers. Also my drop off location was incorrect had i not called customer service about it you get it fixed I was going to have to pay an additional fee for the pick up locations mistakes. I will not be renting from them again.
