I asked questions about the rental could not get any answers. Also my drop off location was incorrect had i not called customer service about it you get it fixed I was going to have to pay an additional fee for the pick up locations mistakes. I will not be renting from them again.

I dropped the vehicle off at 12 o’clock. He didn’t check it in until 2:30pm. This is based on the email I received from U-Haul.

Malinda CI returned the vehicle with the same amount of gas as when I picked it up.the agent handed me keys and charged my card. There was no accompanied inspection on pickup or return. I was never offered the chance to opt out of the safemove product. I rented a truck for $19.99/day and it ended up costing me $65.00/day with122 miles.in the past I have always been treated fairly. This was a rip off........
William GWhen we got there to pick up the truck the keys were not left in the kiosk for us to get. They said they didn’t have pick ups on Sunday but yet online it told us we could pick it up at 5 o’clock Sunday. They did have it ready on Monday, but we ended up having to wait another day before we could even move our stuff..
