Once I arrived at my destination, they informed me that the trailer was not properly installed. The new trailer chains were also dangling on the ground and were so damaged upon arrival that they were brittle and would have broken if the ball connection had failed. The receiving Uhaul said I was lucky I made it without an issue.

They took extra money and lied about giving me a refund the lady in the front we switch our dolly and she said when I return I will get my refund never got it
