DAVID WThe online check-in and check-out process takes way too long. It seems to be in a dead zone so anything online takes a long time to load. I had a very hard time submitting the photos of the uhaul for the return process.
Morgan SMy return time was changed without my request to change it, causing me to be over charged. While a refund is being issued it’s still an inconvenience. Booked a time slot of 9:00 am but store didn’t open until 10 am. Did not received self service instructions/code.
