My reservation got switched to a further away location the night before pickup. Upon arriving at my pickup location they didn’t have ANY of the equipment I had ordered for my rental, had to travel even further to get ONE utility dolly and the lady said there was nothing she could do about it and couldn’t offer me a credit or discount for the inconvenience. So moving without having an appliance dolly was not very fun at all. I’m requesting some type of reimbursement since I had to put extra miles on the truck to go to a new pickup location and then extra miles to go get equipment that they didn’t have… this is absurd

Gray Lthe truck was generally clean, it had not been swept out. The TPS sensor was on at pick up and stayed on for the duration of my move.
