JESSICA HRequested a different location that opened at 8am and was assigned this location that didn’t open till 10am. Confirmation messages said pick-up was scheduled for 8am but the location wasn’t even open, delaying the move by two hours. Staff was friendly but UHaul messed up assigning and confirming a location that wasn’t fitted for my needs and wasn’t open at the pre-determined time.
