Was given faulty Tow Dolly. None of the lights worked and I was lucky that I didn't get a ticket. When I went to pick up the Tow Dolly, the place was closed even though I had given a time as to when I would pick it up. I had to wait for over an hour for someone to arrive to assist.

Ward CBetter process time to do mobile pickup. Had wish this site had a staff on Saturday. Called site ahead and did not my requested truck 15' because no 10' truck was available. Ended up with a 20' truck that was way oversized for my move. For me wish more of the RAM van were available that is all I was needing.
STEVEN BAt the location did not have the equipment, it was at a secondary location that had no one working that day. Was able to get the rental but the moving blankets, did not have enough. Took what she had.
