I was originally told to drop it off at another location in the Natchitoches area. Upon arriving, no one was there, even though they were supposed to have opened 2 hours earlier. There was no place to park the trailer either. The other location, to which UHaul then directed me, was great.

GWENDOLYN OVery accommodating when I needed the van longer than expected
Steve NTrailer bed was cover in broken tempered glass and other debris. I spent an hour cleaning the trailer before I could load it.
