Truck size rented was not available. Location for pickup was changed to 30 miles away. Verified that we would be there at 8 am to pick up with owner the day before, He was not there and the place out in the country was connected to a Lounge with drunks all round at 8 am in the morning, We waited over hour and tried calling...went straight to voicemail with no call backs. Finally made a call to the call center and we were routed back toward town to another dealer. This dealer was helpful. Total nightmare. Will never rent from a location that also contains another business with Uhaul as the sideline. BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL

The truck had water in the loading area when I picked it up. You may have to check it out.
Susan MThere are women out there picking up on trailers that are extremely heavy without jacks or other equipment jeopardizing their back. That is VERY unsafe and should NEVER be happening. This girl and I struggled to get this trailer up which caused my back to hurt for two days. Get equipment out there such as jacks (which actually should be welded to every trailer). Bc their jacks keep getting stolen when they do get one. Staff was phenomenal!!
