I called and I set a reservation with one of the ladies at this Uhaul for a 26 ft. It was set and I got confirmation for that reservation to be picked up at that location for 8 am the day before I got abtext telling me to pick some where else and they wouldn't answer the phone when I called them, I had to down size and I still couldn't move all of my stuff , not satisfied at all will not recommend.
Donna WI was originally told to drop it off at another location in the Natchitoches area. Upon arriving, no one was there, even though they were supposed to have opened 2 hours earlier. There was no place to park the trailer either. The other location, to which UHaul then directed me, was great.
