No one was present for the drop off and there was no drop box so I had to put the keys in the visor. And that location would not pick up phone.

Jeffery WPeterson's Storage went above and beyond helping me. I am not, however, pleased with how U-Haul changed my pick up location to another location at the last minute. Sure they sent an email the morning before; however, I do not check my email at work. Had I not called the original location, I would have shown up there at the designated time. The new location was over 45 minutes away. I stressed the entire day trying to find a closer location to no avail. Poor service on U-Haul in general, not the newest pickup or the drop off locations. They were excellent.
