The location was excellent, the personal that run this drop off are wonderful. The personal on the phone had no clue. I had told them I needed more than 175 miles to travel to and that is what they gave me. The day of delivery they did add 25 miles but that did not help and I keep telling her they would not help . I called to explain that and I spent 40 minutes on hold for them to tell me there was nothing they could do. They knew in advance I was not traveling from Canton, Ms. to Wiggins but they left it from there. So needless to say they now have 28$ more of my money. I will never rent from UHaul again. They don't listen and to actually speak someone you have to spend you day on hold.

Computers for charge cards were down and had to use cash. This was an inconvenience. Also the U-Haul automated reservation system had some problems. U-Haul needs to correct their computer issues.

The owners at this location are probably the only reason I would ever remotely consider using U-Haul ever again. They were great and made dropping the rental off a breeze

Personnel, specifically Tammy, was great. She did everything she could to make sure I understood operation of the truck that I was renting. No complaints whatsoever.


Pricing was very good, service was wonderful by caring representatives. Will continue to use U-haul when needed.

The truck was horrible. It broke down and I had to wait 5hrs for someone to come and change a part that took two minutes. It put me behind on my schedule. I had to spend extra money to rent a hotel room that I should not have had to spend. I am not happy with this experience. I have rented from uhaul before and it was great. Please give me a call for full story but I am very displeased!!!

Check all your equipment better before renting it out!


we did everything we were required to do, pay for the gas used, clean back of truck, no over mileage use, and returned on time. Still we were given a notice that there would be extra charges. Not very professional when you try to cheat a customer.


They went above & beyond to help! Great experience would recommend this location to anyone needing storage or U Haul equipment! Thank you so much.

The price I got online when I booked the truck, is not the price I had to pay. I don't understand.


The regional manager never called me. He/ She assigned me to a stolen vehicle at the Long Beach MS location. My call to UHaul revealed that the vehicle wasn't available. I wasn't notified. If I hadn't called Go UHaul, my trip would have been delayed. However when reassigned, the Necaise manager went out of her way to help me. The blankets I ordered were not at her location. Instead of making me go to another location, the lady obtained them and had them ready for me when I arrived.

the fact that the fuel tank is only a quarter full and should be returned that way is a problem. I would rather have a full tank to start and end with.


She was very helpful and polite. Even offered me a ride if my ride did not show up.


The location was way out in the country and not convenient for me but it did have the truck I needed and the owner of the storage facility was freindly and helpful.


I can't say enough good things about Tammy and her husband, who run this U-Haul location. I was in a terrible situation-- I was moving from New Orleans to Connecticut, my car had broken down 100 miles into the trip in Mississippi, and it could no longer tow the trailer that I had rented in New Orleans. I had to instead rent a truck and a tow dolly to tow my car behind it. Not only did Tammy come back to the storage facility after it had closed, at 6 p.m. on a Friday (!), she then helped me move all my things from the trailer into the truck that I rented. She really saved my life!


The folks that handled the return could not have been nicer or more helpful. Kudos to Ashley who checked me in!!!


First the location of the equipment is in one place and the office is at another. When i returned the trailor no one was there to check it in and no one to help unhook it. I was also charged for one more day than i had the trailor. That make me MAD.
