Go over the after hours returns and using the app. It would have easier since I dropped the keys in the box first. Service and vehicle were otherwise very good.

Jane CYour self checkout system is a pain to use as was the Rental checking that required noy only my personal information (Which is Understandable) but information on a second & third individual that have nothing to do with renting your equipment.
RICHARD SBottom right light on back of trailer was inop. Location is very tight to get in and out of. Managed to get trailer out, but another trailer was blocking us from returning it so had to leave it parked out of the way.
