I returned the truck without anyone's help. I was charged an unexpected fee of $23 and I still don't understand why.

The parking lot for this location is two blocks away and all the vehicles are VERY tightly packed. Some were even blocked behind others, so to get one out you would need to call back to the office two blocks away and wait for someone to come move the truck that was in the way. Fortunately mine was not blocked but it was so tightly packed between other vehicles I needed to squish in using the passenger door.
Bryce BDo not like that you return the U-Haul to one location but after you have to drive to another location to hand in the keys for the U-Haul. Was ridiculous.
