Since the vehicle was 2 blocks away from the office, I had to sign the contract before seeing it. I was not comfortable doing that. Everything was above board though.

The pick up and drop off locations were different, which made the return process confusing. The u-Haul application kept crashing on me and the wait time over the phone made it that I had to wait about 1h before being able to return the equipment. The equipment itself was clean (although the truck smelled like tobacco) and in excellent condition.
