The original pick up point had not received a rental back.thought that odd as it is a huge location. Went & picked up at a Satilite location at Bull Frog corners. It's all good!

JADON SWe had reservations for 8:30 am got there and could not get the truck. We had wait until 9am which put us coming back late and paying a late fee. We never got any notice of this.
Jamarcus TI never received a final receipt from U-Haul. I have been expecting an email but no such luck. I have nothing for my records and am having to track down how much I actually paid. Not a good business practice.
