Tupelo was a great decision for a uhaul. Then I was changed to pontotoc. There the experience was very different. I was to have a pickup there around noon. I arrive but no one was there. I called them 3 times but no answer. Considering that you have to drive out of the way to go to the pontotoc location, it was very disconcerting! So I called tupelo back. They then found me a trailer in New albany. The equipment there was good, the staff was helpful & friendly. Next time I need a uhaul in north MS, I would recommend tupelo on east main and/or park plaza in New albany!
