Location was closed at 2pm on a Saturday and there was only one place to park the truck right out in the middle of the driveway. This location only has parking for 3 trucks, I was truck #4.

MIGUEL BThe first location I was scheduled for was closed. The padlock would not open and I spent an hour with live chat and a company representative trying to get it to work. I was finally cut off from both due to exceeding the time. Had to call around to find another truck at another location. I will probably never use U-Haul again.
