We had the wrong wheel tire put on our auto transport rental and we're put into a potential life-threatening situation. And I have made multiple phone calls and formal complaints and there has been nothing done by U-Haul other than the field area manager not even accepting blame for what he did and showing zero remorse for what could've happened to me and my mother.
