The first employee that assisted me changed the reservation and altered the drop off location. This made the system appear to glitch (kept switching between the right and wrong drop off). Afterwards, we had some complications with the trailers. All was fine in the end. The (i think) owner fixed a the issues. Other than the first employee, the experience was fine. Store had great customer service. Super grateful that the owner fixed all the issues! He was great!

Very helpful.
Carl KI would not recommend Contigo Auto Sales based on my experience. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was disappointing. I waited about 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. Instead of assisting customers, the employees were sitting around laughing and talking with another customer. Once I was finally helped, the employee didn’t know how to use the rental system, which added another 20 minutes to the process. Then they couldn’t find the keys to the truck, causing even more delays before I could get my trailer. To make matters worse, they wouldn’t even move the trailer themselves and expected customers to drag it across the parking lot. The problems didn’t stop there. Although I rented the trailer for 12 hours, they accidentally entered the rental for only 45 minutes. I later received a phone call asking where their trailer was because of their own mistake. When I called to ask how long the return process would take because I was on a tight schedule, the owner actually argued with me instead of trying to help. At return, I found out they don’t even have a secure after-hours drop-off area. They simply expect customers to leave the trailer on the street, unsecured, and assume the risk if it’s stolen. To top it all off, they attempted to charge me for an extra day because of their own errors. It wasn’t until I contacted U-Haul corporate and filed a complaint that an area manager reached out, apologized for the entire experience, and corrected the issue. If I treated my own clients the way I was treated here, I would be out of business. Poor customer service, disorganization, and a complete lack of professionalism. I won’t be returning, and I cannot recommend this location.
Clint SEveryone was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing a U-haul.
BRADLEY PDid not interact with anyone, lot was crowded and had trailers/trucks parked along the street.
