No suggestions, I just want to say that I hope I completed the online drop off correctly. The box that says drop off is checked so I hope that means I self checked out correctly after dropping off. It is 9:44pm on July 30, 2026, I picked the trailer up about 5 hours ago.

they said the u-haul people were gone and there wasn’t really much room to park the truck or trailer.

Gary BThe first employee that assisted me changed the reservation and altered the drop off location. This made the system appear to glitch (kept switching between the right and wrong drop off). Afterwards, we had some complications with the trailers. All was fine in the end. The (i think) owner fixed a the issues. Other than the first employee, the experience was fine. Store had great customer service. Super grateful that the owner fixed all the issues! He was great!
