I visited this location on Thursday, August 7 to reserve a vehicle and realized the site would be closed on Sunday—the day I needed it. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout the process. Since I had never picked up a vehicle online before, I had quite a few questions. The gentlemen assisting me was patient, professional, and made the experience easy and stress-free. Outstanding customer service is hard to come by, but the team at this location went above and beyond. Highly recommended—thank you!

For the most part the truck was fine It drove well and was good on gas. The only downside is the lot is small and can get congested. The people were very friendly and professional. Overall a good experience.
