I was not happy with renting from Uhaul due to the last minute change in location. I believe the original location which was five minutes from my move out to 25 minutes away on Rte 95 in bumper to bumper traffic. This last minute change was unacceptable and something I did not plan for. I asked for a manager to reach out and still have not heard from anyone. Also, your app was not working correctly and required me to contact uhaul multiple times.

The truck was filthy. There were cigarette ashes all over the cab. One side’s tire was nearly flat. The wheels are out of alignment as well. The wheel needed to be turned sideways to drive straight. It was not safe at all. The staff was very nice. To be clear my issue was not with the people or location just the truck.
