JOHN HThey were absent/closed when we tried to return the truck on Friday. Their website said 08:00 to 17:00 hrs Mon-Fri. Their phone numbers went to FAX. They were very helpful the following Monday.
anthony mI recently reserved a truck to be picked up in Truro Nova Scotia and returned to Guelph. I was told the day before I now had to go to New Glasgow to pick the truck up. Forty minutes away!
