The U-Haul its self is very disorganized when it comes to sending you to your truck they change the locations nonstop. Send you from one side of the province the other side of the province to pick up your pieces of equipment the number two together so you end up wasting a whole day trying to pick up the pieces of equipment.

Paul HAlthough no fault of the dealer where the truck was picked up, I was forced to rent a 10ft truck instead of the 15ft.
Roxanne Ceasier since there was a 24/7 drop off box but my app reset halfway through trying to take a photo of the front seat and then my truck vanished from the rental section of my app. then again I’m on the phone trying to get through to customer service to return the truck
