Really nothing to improve. Was a quick retrieval and I was on the road in 15 min. Was very easy to extend rental and drop off was simple. Staff was very informative and highly recommend this location for any rental needs. Thank you for the good experience!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the parking lot was tight with many cars.
