The location, equipment, and staff were excellent. The app was glitchy and cumbersome. The biggest issue, however, was the misleading emails about pickup time. My reservation said 9am, but two emails said I could pickup anytime. I attempted pickup for 7am, but couldn't. I had to pay movers for 2 hours to do nothing.
