The customer service gentleman was polite, and our truck was ready to go when we arrived. No problems with the rental itself. Truck was clean and in good working order. However, we received the truck with about half a tank of gas, and returned it with half a tank, yet were charged $31 in fuel charges. This was done after we left, as no inspection took place when we returned it. We called the dealer and he said they had nothing to do with billing and we'd have to call Uhaul directly. LUCKILY, we took pictures of the console display before we left and after we returned, so it was obvious the gas needle was in the same spot. I called Uhaul, she was very pleasant and I sent pictures while on the phone with her. She completely agreed, and immediately refunded us the $31. ADVICE -- be sure to take a picture before you leave the lot, and when you return. Also, upon return, ask them to inspect the truck BEFORE you leave the lot, to avoid any shenanigans like this.

LESZEK TWhen you rent a U-Haul and click select towing and then show up to pick it up in the vehicle they give you does not have towing capabilities and you get told that you have to come back at 11 o’clock and re-rent another one maybe have the equipment on the vehicles that is advertised
CHAD Cquick and easy, note too quick, they added insurance without informing me and provided no paperwork. only emails after the fact. I will contact U-Haul for refund on the added insurance.
NICHOLAS REquipment I reserved wasn’t available. Staff was dismissive and unprofessional—no apology, just “I cancelled it so you won’t be charged.” Truck was wedged between others, hard to access, and both front tires had leaks and needed air. Very poor customer service and vehicle maintenance. Not a good rental experience.
