The person who hooked up the trailer didn't do it right. While I was returning to my house the trailer was making a lot of noise and was bumping around. When I got home I checked the hitch and tightened it up 4 to 5 more turns. It was fine after that. I notified the manager the next day when I dropped it off, he said he would speak to the guy when he gets in.
