The owners of the location were terrible to deal with. They acted we were bothering them and I will not be renting a u-haul again because of this. I would rather pay more through a private rental company than u-haul. The trailers are heavy and it was extremely difficult for my to pick it up off the ground and the owners of this location didn’t even bother to help.
