Five days after dropping off the rental at family first motors they had not yet completed the rental agreement, within the app/computer system. UHAUL and myself attempted calling family first motors several times however no answer. Drove to family first motors and inquired to the same individual whom was there 5 day prior , she entered some information in a computer finalizing the rental agreement. Still have not received deposit as of now 7 days later. Absolute negligence.

Dennis AI didn’t get the packing blankets which I want reimbursed for and the inside of the driver cabin was sticky and filthy. They didn’t really help setting it up and let me do everything even tho I never drove a big truck like that . Overall they have been helpful but a little unorganized . It’s also not spacious at all and if you pick up a big truck you should go somewhere else
Peter JThe owners of the location were terrible to deal with. They acted we were bothering them and I will not be renting a u-haul again because of this. I would rather pay more through a private rental company than u-haul. The trailers are heavy and it was extremely difficult for my to pick it up off the ground and the owners of this location didn’t even bother to help.
