This location doesn't carry or sell any of the necessary accessories to connect a trailer. They didn't sell or offer a 4 pin to 6 pin connector to the trailer. Unlike other U-Haul locations, they didn't connect the trailer to the vehicle to ensure it was connected properly. If I hadn't rented equipment in the past from U-Haul then this would be a problem for future renters. It was discovered that the electrical pigtail connector was disconnected and frayed, the ground wire was completely cut through and one of the other wires was missing it's coating. If the trailer was inspected properly prior to my rental this connector would have been replaced prior to pickup. I did not discover the connector damage until after I purchased a 4 pin to 6 pin connector at a parts store and attempted a light/safety check. I had to use a butt-nose splice to repair the damaged cable. Based on the customer service received at this location and telling a customer they can safely drive with no working brake lights or turn signals on a trailer, I would not recommend this location to anyone.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkDrop off location unclear, small parking lot
Jackson SFive days after dropping off the rental at family first motors they had not yet completed the rental agreement, within the app/computer system. UHAUL and myself attempted calling family first motors several times however no answer. Drove to family first motors and inquired to the same individual whom was there 5 day prior , she entered some information in a computer finalizing the rental agreement. Still have not received deposit as of now 7 days later. Absolute negligence.
