I've used U-Haul a lot and this has been the worst yet. No immediate support, you ask your client to do what your employees are supposed to do, service was slow, one hour waiting, person on site was super rude because he said he does not work for U-haul.

Bobby BI called customer service. The tires had no air and the tire pressure was alarming. There was less than a quarter tank of gas. Less than 50 miles of driving. I had no choice but to take it because there were no other vans and I had to immediately go to a gas station for gas and air in the tires. Additionally, they put the wrong mileage on my invoice and put the mileage lower than it was so it looked like I drove more miles. Even though there is a picture uploaded that clearly has the mileage. Both this location and the U-Haul service was bad as no one has reached out to me to correct the issue.
