The only problem was that engine and all other lights stayed on but truck was fine
CHARIS LI was supposed to pick up my truck at 9:30 I eneded up picking it up at 12:30 because the guy at the counter didn't know U-Haul had such thing as online check-in. I did the whole process through the app, submitted my driver license and id's and the app gave me a truck number and key number but the guy told me that none of the pictures appeared on his screen so he wasn't able to give me the keys if he doesn't see the license on his screen. After 3 hours of taking pictures and upload them back and forth I decided to call customer service and explained to the agent everything and she talked to the counter guy to pretty much teaching him how that works and after 10 min of talk I finally had my keys. However, I need I reimbursement cause that late pick up messed with all my plans and I had to pay extra for helpers and late drop off
