Verify all units are fully dot compliant. Some lights were out.i had a complete wiper blade that did not have rubber. I had to go buy replacements. I was also told I would get miles and now I have a hug bill on a 3 week rental.

evelyn gEasy to get the van and easy to return. Agent was friendly, clearly explained everything. But they charged me cleaning fee, if I hadnt checked my bill in detail, I wouldnt have know. A sneaky way to get money off customers I guess! HAving experienced this type of con before in similar companies, I took detailed photos before and after. the van bed was a little muddy and I didnt add any , so showed the proof to customer service by calling them and had to refund it. Its just a hassle. just improve your process Uhaull!
