Adam CLa verdad las personas que atienden son amables pero tedan otra unidad que no es la de labaplicasion ni las placas el carro que oi rente el seguro para la puerta estaba roto y tube que amarrarle un lazo imaginense mi mudanza la ise de manhhatan al brox y por autopista si se abre la puerta y se caen mis cosas ala carretera deberian de checar las unidadez bien por a eso pagamos una renta
SONIA CLocation was fine, the quality of the equipment was horrible. The brakes were worn out, the car wont start, the parking brake was not working (parking on a downhill slope was very dangerous), the shutter to the teuck got jammed, then 30 minutes later, the latch which held the shutter down was broken, meaning we couldnt even drive without the fear of the shutter accidentally opening and throwing all of our stuff out. The people were amazing but the equipment quality was very subpar
Anushk PI think the service was excellent. The customer service and check-out of equipment was pleasant and fast. The only thing is I think the van I rented needed clean-up. The dash needed a wipe-down and the last people who used the van were probably contractors with all the dirt in the back. Otherwise, all worked fine.
