It was difficult to find the location mainly due to construction. The location itself was dirty, dark and unwelcoming. I could barely enter my vehicle because it was parked so close to others. I could not leave the space before needing to wake up the sleeping driver of another parked vehicle. The inside cab had a large dried coffee stain on the passenger floor. The left front tire required air and the facility would only provide for a cost of $5. I refused and had to drive around until I found a friendlier non U-Haul facility to accommodate me at no cost.

This was my second time renting a van from the S. College Ave Shell station. The attendants were professional, courteous and helpful. The booking and the rental were very smooth and easy. The van was in good condition and was clean. I will definitely recommend their service. They are excellent !
EDGARD SWorst experience ever, the place had no place to park my car overnight, the attendant was late arriving to the store, very unfriendly and had no clue what customer service means. Uhaul then charged me extra for miles which were promised to me when I booked the reservation. I spent countless hours trying to report the truck was a safety hazard and was a hunk of junk (brakes were mushy and engine barely keeping up). There was no place to return the truck, as there were construction vehicles the driveway to this very small parking area. The store was filthy and nasty and the neighboring business yelled at me for no reason, when I tried to park the truck in front of the Uhaul store, since the attendant was nowhere in site (late by 45 minutes). What a waste of time and money.
Brian LGas station blocked off by chain link fence for construction. Had to park next door at sun shop. Informed dripping off trailer but next door because no parking lot at garage. I was informed to unhook trailer and personally pull it over by self through parking lot between concrete pilings thorough an outdoor trailer food shop and drop off. No help or assists. No paperwork to prove dropped off day early.
